The Story
The RAMĀ® X-GripĀ® Phone Mount with ATV/Side By Side Rail Base (RAM-B-231-2-UN7U) comes with everything needed to mount a phone or small electronic device to rails ranging in diameter from 0.5" - 3.15". This kit consists of a steel strap clamp base, stainless steel u-bolt base, medium-length double socket arm, and universal spring-loaded RAMĀ® X-GripĀ® cradle for cell phones. The spring-loaded RAMĀ® X-GripĀ® phone holder allows for a perfect custom fit across phone models and small electronic devices 1.87" to 3.25" in width through expansion and contraction of the arms. The holder features four grip knobs that attach to the arms for a secure hold; also included is a rubber device tether recommended for outdoor & high vibration applications. To ensure fit within the RAMĀ® X-GripĀ®, it is important to verify the dimensions of the handheld device while within its case/sleeve/skin. The patented rubber ball and socket system with adjustment points at both ends of the socket arm allows adjustment to the optimum viewing position.
